LeadershipHQ, a pioneering force in leadership development for over 17 years, The Leadership Collective is our newest endeavour to build a community of inspired, connected, and empowered leaders across generations.
Hi, I’m Sonia, and my passion for leadership runs deep. I’ve always believed that true leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about individuals stepping up, no matter where they are. Through LeadershipHQ, we’ve spent nearly two decades helping organisations transform with custom leadership programs, team-building workshops, and one-on-one executive coaching. We’ve seen firsthand how effective leadership can spark change, drive innovation, and elevate teams to new levels.
Inspired by these experiences, I realised we needed to do more. That’s why we started The Leadership Collective. We wanted to create a space where leaders from different backgrounds and experiences could come together, share their stories, support each other, and grow together. This isn’t just about learning leadership skills; it’s about building a community where everyone can thrive.
